EMERGENCY NOTICE #3
March 23, 2020
Dear Families;
Assalamu Alaikum.
We would like to thank you for your cooperation and support during last week’s pick up of the Learn-At-Home Materials package. Starting the week of March 30th all students in grades K- 12 will transition to remote learning. Remote learning will look different for each division (elementary, middle school and high school), further information will be available next week.
Our teachers are working hard to develop remote online instruction so your child(ren) can successfully complete the year, despite school closure. Access to remote online instruction will be given to families who have made all tuition payments. For families who have a remaining balance and would like their child(ren) to access remote online instruction to be promoted in June, please stop by the school office as you pick up Grab-n-Go meals, any day this week Monday - Thursday from 10am - 12pm. Families who completed surveys to loan out a school device for remote learning may also come at this time to receive a device.
Please be advised that as the current health crisis is rapidly changing, we are unsure if the school office will remain open into next week.
We are certain that you may have additional questions. Please make sure that your contact information (mobile numbers and emails) are updated in our system as we will continuously contact families with weekly updates. We will continue to do our best to service the school community. May Allah SWT protect us and have mercy on us all.
Sincerely,
Br. Ahmed Jammoudy, HS Principal
Dr. Farhana Masood, MS Principal
Sr. Zenab El Kady, Elementary Principal

We ask Allah SWT to make us steadfast on His Deen and to protect our families.
